In compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and UGC / University of Mumbai regulations, Mulund College of Commerce (Autonomous) has established an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful campus environment. The ICC is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students, faculty, and staff. It serves as a confidential and impartial body that addresses complaints related to sexual harassment, ensures fair redressal, and promotes awareness about gender equality and professional conduct on campus.
